Villa Donatella - Parma

our stay at this hotel exceeded expectations! great location, spacious room, and a common area with coffee and breakfast treats made our experience even better. the aircon was a plus, and the nearby bus stop made it easy to explore the city. a modern gem in an old house.

It had a marvellous setting not far from many restaurants, and supermarket. In fact, it was located in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed how flexible and kind the staff was.

It was great in general: bright room, marvellous location close enough to restaurants, a nice green area and the park. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable and had hypoallergenic pillows. Had no complaints whatsoever and we would return anytime...

The apartment was surprisingly spacious, with modern fittings in an old house. The private bathroom was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the breakfast room with its snacks and coffee facilities. The villa's big garden and parking area added to the super quiet and safe atmosphere. The check-in guy was super friendly and helpful, speaking great English. Communication with Andrea was excellent. The apartment was clean and well-furnished, with easy onsite parking. An absolute jaw-dropping location with a simple walk to the bus stop.

got extra touches like a bidet, terry bathrobes and towels in bathroom. everything was great and i got ironing for free. staff was flexible and affable.

The fact that there was an electric kettle in the twin/double room was a nice touch, allowing me to make my own hot beverages whenever I wanted. It was great that some units were air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable temperature during the hot summer days. The presence of a kitchenette in the apartment was convenient, allowing me to prepare simple meals if I didn't feel like eating out. Having a stovetop in the apartment gave me the flexibility to cook my own meals and enjoy a home-cooked experience. I was lucky to have a balcony in some units, providing a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy the views.

Personally, I didn't particularly enjoy the bidet in the private bathroom, but I understand that some guests may appreciate its presence.

I noticed a couple of broken window handles, which gave the room a slightly dated feel.
